1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry breads crumbs
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 large tomato vegetables, seeded and chopped
3 tbsps sliced fresh basil
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pre-heat oven to 375°. Position flour and egg alternative in separate superficial containers. Dip poultry in flour, then in egg substitute; set up a oiled 13x9-in. cooking bowl. In a normal size bowl, mix dairy products, breads food crumbs and butter; spread over poultry.
Generally cover cooking bowl with aluminum foil. Prepare 20 moments. Uncover; bake 5-10 moments longer or until a temperature gauge flows 165°.
Meanwhile, in a normal size bowl, throw tomato vegetables with the remaining substances. Scoop over chicken; bake 3-5 moments or until tomato mixture is warmed through. Yield: 4 meals.
