    1-1/2 glasses fresh shoulder macaroni
    2 glasses sliced zucchini
    1/2 cup sliced onion
    2 tbsps canola oil
    1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chopped tomato vegetebles, drained
    1 can (10-3/4 ounces) compacted cheddar cheese broth, undiluted
    2 glasses (8 ounces) destroyed cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 tsp. dry basil
    1/2 tsp. ready mustard


    Prepare pasta according to program guidelines. Meanwhile, in a large pot, saute zucchini and red onion in oil until soft. Mix in the tomato vegetebles, broth, cheese, dairy products, tulsi and mustard.
    Prepare, discovered, over method warm for 6-7 moments or until cheese is dissolved, mixing often. Strain macaroni; throw with veggie cheese marinade. Yield: 4 servings
