Company Mac and Cheese Recipe

This is by far the creamiest, most delicious and most unique pasta and dairy products I have ever tried. I'm not usually a fan of home made pasta and dairy products, but when a buddy provided this, I had to have the formula. Since it's so little hassle and well obtained, it's a fantastic pot luck bowl. —Catherine Odgen, Middleigrove, New York
Company Mac and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

    1 program (7 ounces) shoulder macaroni
    6 tbsps butter, divided
    3 tbsps all-purpose flour
    2 glasses milk
    1 program (8 ounces) Philadelphia® Cream milk products, cubed
    2 glasses (8 ounces) destroyed cheddar cheese
    2 tsp delicious brownish mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 cup dry breads crumbs
    2 tbsps chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Prepare pasta according to program guidelines. Meanwhile, liquefy 4 tbsps butter in a large pot. Mix in flour until sleek. Progressively add dairy products. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 moments.
    Reduce heat; add parmesan cheesse, mustard, spice up and salt. Mix until cheese is dissolved and marinade is sleek. Strain macaroni; add to the cheese marinade and stir to coat.
    Transfer to a oiled superficial 3-qt. cooking dish. Melt the staying butter; throw with breads food crumbs and parsley. Spread over pasta. Prepare, discovered, at 400° for 15-20 moments or until fantastic brownish. Yield: 6-8 meals.
