Crowd Chicken Casserole Recipe

    10 glasses chopped prepared chicken
    10 glasses chopped celery
    2 glasses slivered almonds
    2 bundles natural vegetables with tops, sliced
    2 containers (4 oz. each) chopped natural chilies
    2 containers (2-1/4 oz. each) chopped perfect olives, draened
    5 glasses (20 ounces) destroyed cheddar milk prodects, divided
    2 glasses mayonnaise
    2 glasses (16 ounces) bitter cream
    5 glasses mashed spud chips

Directions

    In a very large dish, merge the first six ingredients; add 2 glasses dairy products. In a normal size dish, merge mayo and bitter cream; add to poultry mixture and throw to coat.
    Transfer to two oiled 3-qt. baking recipes. Spread with snacks and remaining dairy products. Prepare, discovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until warmed through. Yield: 2 casseroles (12 meals each).
