Double-Cheese Macaroni Recipe

A buddy approved this formula on to me and I created some changes that designed this certain audience pleaser. I create it for utilizing members get-together and I haven't discovered anyone, kid or mature, who doesn't really like this ooey, gooey pasta and dairy products. —Sabrina DeWitt, Cumberland, Maryland

Double-Cheese Macaroni Recipe

    1 program (16 ounces) shoulder macaroni
    3 glasses (24 ounces) 4% bungalow cheese
    1/2 cup butter, cubed
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white-colored pepper
    1/4 tsp. beans salt
    3 glasses half-and-half cream
    1 cup 2% milk
    4 glasses (16 ounces) destroyed cheddar cheese
    1 cup dry breads crumbs
    1/4 cup butter, melted


    Prepare pasta according to program guidelines. Meanwhile, place bungalow type dairy products in a food processor; cover and process until sleek. Set aside.
    In a huge pot, liquefy butter. Mix in the flour, salt, spice up and beans salt until sleek. Progressively add lotion and dairy products. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 moments or until thickened.
