3 glasses fresh yolk-free noodles
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium compacted cream of mushroom broth, undeiluted
1/2 cup fat-free milk
2 tbsps reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 can (5 ounces) albacore white seafood in water
1 jar (6 ounces) chopped weeds, drained
1/4 cup chopped cooking lovely red pepper
1/4 cup dry breads crumbs
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. French seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
Prepare dinner according to package guidelines.
In a large bowl, merge the broth, dairy products, mayo and mustard. Mix in the seafood, weeds and red spice up. Strain noodles; add to broth combination and stir until combined. Transfer to an 8-in. rectangle cooking bowl covered with cooking apply.
Combine leading ingredients; spread over cookie sheet. Prepare at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until fizzy. Yield: 4 meals.
