Maple Mustard Chicken Recipe

Maple Mustard Chicken Recipe

    6 boneless skin free poultry sections (6 oz. each)
    1/2 cup walnut syrup
    1/3 cup stone-ground mustard
    2 tbsps quick-cooking tapioca
    Hot prepared brownish rice


    Place poultry in a 3-qt. crock pot. In a normal size dish, merge the syrup, mustard and tapioca; add over poultry. Cover and prepare on low for 3-4 hours or until soft. Serve with grain. Yield: 6 meals.
