3/4 cup powder nondairy creamer
1-3/4 glasses water
3 tbsps butter
3 tbsps all-purpose flour
2 tbsps dry chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
6 large apples, peeled and very finely sliced
2 glasses chopped fully prepared ham
1 cup (4 ounces) destroyed cheddar cheese
In a normal size bowl, merge creamer and the water until sleek. In a little pot, liquefy butter. Mix in the flour, red onion, salt and paprika until smooth; progressively add creamer combination. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 moments or until thickened.
In a oiled superficial 2-1/2-qt. cooking bowl, merge apples and ham. Add marinade over the top.
Cover and prepare at 350° for 15 moments. Uncover; prepare 40-50 moments longer or until apples are soft. Spread with cheese; prepare for 5-10 moments or until sides are fizzy and dairy products is disolved. Yield: 6 meals.
