Apple-Butter Barbecued Poultry Recipe

    Prep: 15 min. Grill: 1-1/2 time + standing
    Yield: 6-8 Servings

    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. beans powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper pepper
    1 cooking chicken (6 to 7 pounds)
    1 can (11-1/2 ounces) unsweetened the apple company juice
    1/2 cup the apple company butter
    1/4 cup KC Masterpiece®


    Merge the salt, beans powdered, spice up and cayenne; spread over chicken.
    Prepare bbq grill for oblique warm, using a drop pan. Add half of the any fruit juice into another package and save for another use. With a can operator, stick additional gaps in the top of the can. Having the chicken with feet indicated down, lower chicken over the can so it fills up the body tooth cavity. Place chicken on bbq grill holder over drop pan.
    Grill, covered, over oblique method warm for 1-1/2 to 2 time or until a temperature gauge flows 180°. Merge the apple company butter and barbeque sauce; sprinkle chicken sometimes during the last Half an hour. Eliminate chicken from grill; cover and let stand for 10 moments. Eliminate chicken from can before chiselling. Yield: 6-8 meals.
