Apricot Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

    12 poultry drumsticks (3 pounds)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup apricot jam, warmed
    1/4 cup prepared mustard
    1 tbsp brown sugar


    Spread poultry with spice up and salt. For marinade, in a normal size dish, merge the staying substances.
    Dampen a paper bath towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, gently coat the bbq grill holder. Grill poultry, covered, over method heat for 15-20 moments or until a temperature gauge flows 180°, turning and basting sometimes with marinade. Cool for 5 moments.
