Asian Chicken with Gingered Vegetables Recipe

    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 boneless skin free poultry sections (6 oz. each)
    2 glasses clean glucose click beans, trimmed
    1 method carrot, julienned
    2 tbsps lemon juice
    2 tbsps reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp chopped clean gingerroot

Directions

    Merge the first five ingredients; rub over poultry. Cover and chill for Half an hour.
