Barbecue Jack Chicken Recipe

Barbecue Jack Chicken Recipe


    4 boneless skin free poultry sections (6 oz. each)
    4 pieces spice up Port cheese
    1 cup KC Masterpiece®


    Carefully cut a pocket in each poultry half. Fill up with cheese; secure with steel or soaked wood made skewers.
    Bbq grill poultry, protected, over method warm or broil 4 in. from the warm for 6-8 minutes on each side or a temperature gauge flows 170°, basting frequently with barbeque marinade. Yield: 4 meals.
