Barbecued Chicken Pizzas Recipe

So quick and so easy with chilled pizzas brown crusting area, this meal will carry brags with its hot-off-the-grill, traditional taste. Ideal for a small, spur-of-the-minute lawn share party! Alicia Trevithick - Temecula, California
Barbecued Chicken Pizzas Recipe


    2 boneless skin free poultry sections (6 oz. each)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cup KC Masterpiece®, divided
    1 tube (13.8 ounces) chilled chicken wings crust
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 method red red onion, very finely sliced
    2 glasses (8 ounces) destroyed Gouda cheese
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


    Spread poultry with spice up and salt. Using long-handled tongs, dampen a paper towel with cooking oil and gently coat the bbq grill rack. Grill, covered, over method warm or broil 4 in. from the warm for 5-7 moments on each part or until a meat temperature gauge flows 170°, basting frequently with 1/2 cup barbeque marinade. Set aside and keep warm.
    Split money in half. On a gently floured area, move each section into a 12-in. x 10-in. rectangular shape. Lightly brush both sides of money with oil; place on bbq grill. Protect and bbq grill over method warm for 1-2 moments or until the end is gently browned.
    Remove from bbq grill. Cut the poultry into 1/2-in. pieces. Spread the cooked part of each chicken wings with 1/4 cup barbeque sauce; layer with poultry, red onion, dairy products and cilantro. Return to bbq grill. Protect and cook each chicken wings for 4-5 moments or until the end is gently browned and dairy products is dissolved. Yield: 2 chicken wings (4 pieces each).
