Barbecued Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe

An unplanned eat outside motivated me to put together this dressed-up poultry healthy salad food. The marinade gives remaining poultry a delicious impact. An instant summer time favorite, these snacks have become a principal at our house
Barbecued Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe


    1-1/2 pounds boneless skin free poultry breast
    1/2 cup barbeque sauce
    1 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup perfectly sliced onion
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mashed red spice up flakes
    8 kaiser comes, split
    8 tomato slices
    8 lettuce leaves


    Position the poultry in a huge resealable plastic bag; add barbeque marinade. Closure the bag and turn to cover. Chill instantaneously.
    Bbq grill poultry, protected, over medium-hot heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a beef temperature gauge flows 170°. Cool; cover and refrigerate poultry until cooled.
    Cut chicken; set up a huge dish. Mix in the mayo, red onion, oatmeal, spice up and salt flakes. Serve on comes with tomato and lettuce. Yield: 8 meals.
