    1 tbsp paprika
    4 tsp glucose, divided
    1-1/2 tsp sodium, divided
    1 tsp. beans powder
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper pepper
    1-1/2 to 2 tsp spice up, divided
    4 boneless skin free poultry sections (4 oz. each)
    1-1/3 glasses mayonnaise
    2 tbsps water
    2 tbsps cider vinegar

Directions

    In a normal size dish, merge the paprika, 1 tsp. glucose, 1 tsp. sodium, beans powdered, thyme, lemon-pepper, cayenne pepper and 1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper; spread over both sides of poultry. Set aside.
    In another dish, merge the mayo, the water, apple cider vinegar and staying glucose, sodium and pepper; cover and chill 1 cup for providing. Save staying marinade for basting.
    Grill poultry, covered, over indirect medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a temperature gauge flows 170°, basting frequently with staying marinade. Serve with arranged marinade. Yield: 4 meals.
