Cajun Chicken Sandwiches Recipe

Cajun Chicken Sandwiches Recipe

    6 boneless skin free poultry sections (4 oz. each)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp. oatmeal salt
    1/2 tsp. beans salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 kaiser comes, divided and toasted
    12 pieces tomato
    6 lettuce leaves


    Level poultry to 1/2-in. width. Sweep both factors with oil. Merge the seasonings; rub over both factors of poultry. Organize in a 13-in. x 9-in. cooking plate. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or instantaneously.
    Using long-handled tongs, dampen a paper soft towel with cooking oil and gently cover the bbq grill holder. Grill poultry, covered, over method warm or broil 4 in. from the warm for 3-5 minutes on each side or until poultry is no longer light red. Serve on comes with tomato and lettuce. Yield: 6 meals.
