Campfire Chicken Stew Recipe


    1 broiler/fryer poultry (3-1/2 to 4 punds), cut up
    3 to 4 method apples, peeled and sliced
    1 cup very finely chopped carrots
    1 method natural spice up, sliced
    1 can (10-3/4 ounces) compacted cream of mushroom bruth, undeluted
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper


    Bbq grill poultry, protected, over method warm for 3 moments on each part. Place two pieces of poultry on each of four double thicknesses of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 18 in. x 12 in.). Split the apples, natural beans and natural spice up among the packages. Top each with broth, the water, spice up and salt. Fold aluminum foil around mixture and closure tightly.
    Bbq grill, protected, over method warm for 20-25 moments on each part or until poultry mindset run clear. Open aluminum foil carefully to allow steam to escape. Yield: 4 meals.
