Caribbean Chicken Recipe

Caribbean Chicken Recipe




Ingredients

    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup honey
    3 tbsps canola oil
    6 green vegetables, sliced
    3 jalapeno sweet peppers, seeded and chopped
    3 tsp dry thyme
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. floor allspice
    1/4 tsp. floor nutmeg
    6 boneless skin free poultry sections (4 oz. each)

Directions

    In a mixer, merge the first nine substances, protect and process until sleek. Add 1/2 cup into a normal size dish for basting; protect and chill. Add staying spices into a large resealable plastic bag; add poultry. Closure bag and turn to coat; chill for up to 6 hours.
    Strain and eliminate spices. Using long-handled tongs, dampen a paper hand towel with cooking oil and gently protect the bbq grill holder.
