Caribbean Jerk Chicken Recipe

Get ready to rock the bbq grill with this delicious and incredibly fresh poultry. The zippy spices includes clues of nutmeg, capsicum pepper and thyme. We like to think of this dish as “chicken with mind-set.

Ingredients

    4 poultry leg areas, skin removed
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsps brown sugar
    2 tbsps reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 package French healthy salad putting on a costume mix
    1 tsp. dry thyme
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cayenne spice up pepper

Directions

    With a distinct blade, cut leg areas at the joint parts if preferred. In a large resealable plastic bag, merge the staying ingredients; add poultry. Closure bag and turn to coat; chill for 2-4 hours.
    Strain and eliminate spices. Using long-handled tongs, dampen a paper soft towel with cooking oil and gently cover the bbq grill holder. Grill poultry, covered, over method heat for 35-45 minutes or until a temperature gauge flows 180°, turning sometimes. Yield: 4 meals.
