Chicken Adobo Recipe


    2 tbsps calcium juice
    1 tbsp chopped clean cilantro
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 beans cloves, minced
    1 green red onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. chopped clean thyme
    1/4 tsp. chopped clean oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 boneless skin free poultry sections (6 oz. each)


    In a large resealable plastic bag, merge the first 10 ingredients; add poultry. Closure bag and turn to coat; chill for at least 4 hours.
    Strain and eliminate spices. Using long-handled tongs, dampen a paper hand towel with cooking oil and gently cover the bbq grill holder.
