Chicken Pesto Sandwiches Recipe



Ingredients

    6 boneless skin free poultry sections (4 oz. each)
    3/4 cup prepared pesto, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 pieces French bread (1/2 inch thick), toasted
    1 jar (12 ounces) cooking lovely red lovely peppers, drained
    1/4 lb fresh mozzarella dairy products, cut into six slices

Directions

    Level poultry to 1/4-in. width. Distribute 1 tbsp pesto over each poultry breast; spread with spice up and salt. Bbq grill poultry, covered, over method heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until no longer light red.
    Distribute 3 tbsps pesto over six pieces of toast; part with red lovely peppers, poultry and dairy products. Distribute staying pesto over staying toast; place over top. Yield: 6 meals.
