    1 lb boneless skin free poultry chests, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 tbsps olive oil
    1 little zucchini, very finely sliced
    16 pepperoni slices
    1 little green spice up, julienned
    1 little red onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. dry oregano
    1/2 tsp. dry basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. beans powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cup cut in half cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup destroyed part-skim mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup destroyed Parmesan cheese


    In a large dish, merge the first 11 substances. Cover four items of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12 in. square) with cooking apply. Place a one fourth of the poultry combination in the center of each piece. Flip aluminum foil round combination and closure firmly.
    Bbq grill, protected, over medium-hot heat for 15-18 moments or until poultry is no more light red.
    Carefully open each bundle. Spread with tomato vegetables and parmesan cheesse. Seal loosely; grill 2 moments more time or until dairy products is dissolved. Yield: 4 meals.
