Chicken Satay Recipe


    2 pounds boneless skin free poultry breasts
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    6 beans cloves, minced

    1 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. grape extract
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1/3 cup 2% milk
    2 green vegetables, chopped
    1 little jalapeno spice up, seeded and perfectly chopped
    2 to 3 tbsps lime juice
    2 tbsps reduced-sodium soy sauce

    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. sliced clean cilantro
    1 tsp. sliced clean gingerroot
    1/8 tsp. grape extract


    Level poultry to 1/4-in. thickness; cut lengthwise into 1-in.-wide pieces. In a large resealable plastic bag, merge the dairy products, beans, brownish glucose, herbs and draw out. Add chicken; closure bag and turn to coat. Chill for 8 hours or instantaneously.
