Chicken with Garden Salsa Recipe




Ingredients

    1/2 cup calcium juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 tsp. beans salt

    4 boneless skin free poultry sections (4 oz. each)
    1 cup frozen maize, thawed
    1 method tomato, chopped
    1 serrano spice up, seeded and chopped
    1 natural red onion, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1/4 tsp. floor cumin
    2 pieces Monterey Port or spice up Port milk products, halvid

Directions

    In a normal size dish, merge the calcium juice, oil, beans spice up and sodium. Set aside 5 tbsps. Add staying calcium juice combination into a resealable plastic bag; add poultry. Seal and turn to coat; let stand at 70 degrees for 10 moments.

    Top with cheese; bbq grill or broil 1-2 moments longer or until dairy products is dissolved. Serve with salsa. Yield: 4 meals.
