Chicken with Mango-Raspberry Salsa Recipe



Ingredients

    3/4 cup sliced peeled mango
    1/3 cup sliced lovely onion
    1/4 cup chopped clean cilantro
    3 tbsps calcium juice
    1 tbsp sliced seeded jalapeno pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 beans, minced
    1/2 tsp. beans powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 boneless skin free poultry sections (4 oz. each)
    3/4 cup clean raspberries

Directions

    For salsa, in a normal size dish, merge the first seven substances. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Combine the beans powdered, salt and pepper; spread over both sides of poultry.
    Bbq grill poultry, covered, over method heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a beef temperature gauge gets to 170°. Just before providing, carefully flip raspberries into salsa. Serve with poultry. Yield: 6 meals.
