Chili-Head Chicken Recipe



Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups dark stout alcohol, divided
    2 dry pasilla chilies
    2 tsp kosher salt
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. red onion powder
    1/2 tsp. beans powder
    1/2 tsp. dry oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper pepper
    2 tsp canola oil
    1 jalapeno spice up, chopped
    1 broiler/fryer poultry (3-1/2 to 4 pounds)
    1 vacant 12-ounce beverage can

Directions

    Position 3/4 cup alcohol in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave oven, uncovered, for 1-1/2 moments or until very hot. Eliminate stems and seeds from chilies; add chilies to the alcohol. Let take a position for 20 moments or until softened. Drain, reserving 4 tbsps professional alcohol. Set chilies aside.
