    1 container (12 ounces) soup sauce
    1/3 cup white wine or poultry broth
    1/4 cup olive oil
    10 to 12 beans cloves, minced
    4-1/2 tsp dry basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 bone-in poultry hip and legs (4 oz. each)
