Chocolate Chip Strawberry Shortcakes Recipe



Ingredients

    3 glasses chopped fresh strawberries
    1/4 cup sugar
    BISCUITS:
    2 glasses all-purpose flour
    3 tbsps glucose, divided
    3 tsp cooking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup heavy cooking cream
    1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp butter, dissolved, divided
    1/2 cup small semisweet candy chips
    Pulled lotion, optional

Directions

    In a normal size dish, merge berries and sugar; cover and chill until providing.
    In a large dish, merge the flour, 2 tbsps glucose, cooking powdered and salt. In a normal size dish, merge lotion and 1/2 cup butter; mix into dry substances until a dense mixture forms. Carefully mix in choc snacks.
    Drop by 1/3 cupfuls onto a oiled cooking sheet. Sweep with staying butter; spread with staying glucose. Prepare at 375° for 18-20 minutes or until fantastic brown. Remove to cable shelves to cool.
    Cut cookies in half flat in a trench. Scoop fruit onto bottom sections. Top with whipped lotion if desired; substitute cookie covers. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 meals.
