Chocolate Sheet Cake Recipe

Chocolate Sheet Cake Recipe



Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    2 glasses sugar
    2 eggs
    3 tsp vanilla flavor extract
    2 glasses all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cooking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    2 oz. unsweetened candy, dissolved and cooled
    FROSTING:
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup butter, cubed
    2 tbsps cooking cocoa

Directions

    In a large dish, lotion butter and glucose until crumbly. Add egg, one at a time, defeating well after each addition. Defeat in vanilla flavor. Merge the flour, everyday and salt; add to creamed combination alternatively with the water and dairy products. Defeat in candy until mixed.
    Add into a oiled 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. cooking pan. Prepare at 325° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick placed near the middle comes out clean. Awesome on a cable holder.
    For icing, in a small pot, combine the glucose, dairy products, butter and candy. Bring to a boil; prepare and mix for 1 moment. Eliminate from the warm. Exchange to a bowl; mix sometimes until completely chilled. Defeat until smooth; distribute over dessert. Yield: 24 meals.
