Chocolate Zucchini Snack Cake Recipe

Chocolate Zucchini Snack Cake Recipe

    1/3 cup butter, softened
    1-1/4 glasses sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 oz. semisweet candy, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor extract
    2-1/4 glasses all-purpose flour
    1-1/2 tsp food preparation powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. food preparation soda
    2 glasses destroyed zucchini
    2 tsp confectioners' sugar


    In a large plate, defeat butter and glucose until crumbly, about 2 moments. Add eggs; mix well. Beat in the buttermilk, applesauce, candy and vanilla flavor. Merge the flour, food preparation powdered, salt and food preparation soda; defeat into butter combination just until moistened. Mix in zucchini.
    Exchange to a 13-in. x 9-in. food preparation plate covered with food preparation apply. Prepare at 350° for 30-35 moments or until a toothpick placed near the center comes out clean. Cool on a cable holder. Spread with confectioners' glucose. Yield: 18 meals.
