Chutney-Glazed Chicken Recipe

Chutney-Glazed Chicken Recipe


    1/2 cup apple chutney
    2 tbsps sherry or the apple company juice
    2 tbsps Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. curry powder
    6 bone-in poultry sections (8 oz. each), skin removed


    In a normal size bowl, combine the chutney, sherry or any fruit juice, mustard and curry powdered.
    Using long-handled tongs, dampen a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the bbq gril rack. Prepare bbq gril for obllique wairm, using a drop pan.
    Place poultry meaty part down over drop pan and bbq gril, covered, over oblique medium warm for 15-20 minutes on each part or until a meat temperature gauge flows 170°, basting occasionally with chutney mixture. Yield: 6 meals.
