Citrus-Marinated Chicken Recipe


    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup orange juice
    6 beans cloves, minced
    2 tbsps canola oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry tarragon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 boneless skin free poultry sections (6 oz. each)


    Merge the first eight substances in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken; closure bag and turn to cover. Chill for at least 4 hours.
    Strain and eliminate spices. Bbq grill poultry, covered, over method warm or broil 4 in. from the warm for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a temperature gauge flows 170°. Yield: 6 meals.
