Dad's Lemony Grilled Chicken Recipe


    1 cup olive oil
    2/3 cup orange juice
    6 beans cloves, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 technique vegetables, chopped
    8 poultry drumsticks (2 pounds)
    8 bone-in poultry hip and feet (2 pounds)


    In a normal size dish, mix the first five ingredients until blended; mix in vegetables. Add 1-1/2 cups spices or herbs into a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; closing bag and turn to coat. Cool immediately. Cover and relax staying spices or herbs.
    Prepare bbq bbq grill for indirect heated. Stress poultry, eliminating spices or herbs in bag. Place poultry on bbq bbq grill holder, skin side up.
