Grilled Apple Chicken Recipe




Ingredients

    3/4 cup unsweetened any fruit juice or the apple company cider
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    3 tbsps reduced-sodium soy sauce
    3 tbsps honey
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    4-1/2 tsp canola oil
    6 boneless skin free poultry sections (4 oz. each)

Directions

    In a normal size bowl, combine the first six substances. Set aside 1/3 cup juice combination. Add oil to the remaining juice mixture; add into a large resealable bag. Add the poultry. Closure bag and turn to coat; chill for at least 4 hours. Cover and chill arranged juice combination.
    Cover bbq grill rack with cooking spray before starting the bbq gril. Drain poultry and eliminate spices. Gril, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until mindset run clear, basting occasionally with arranged juice combination. Yield: 6 meals.
