Grilled Chicken Recipes

    1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
    1 lb boneless skin free poultry halves
    1 cup plain Ancient yogurt
    1/2 cup perfectly chopped cucumber
    1/4 cup perfectly chopped red onion
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp calcium juice
    1 beans, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 pita pocket halves
    1/2 cup chopped cucumber
    1/2 cup grapes tomato vegitables, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


    Add vinaigrette into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken; clusure bag and turn to cover. Cool for at least 4 hours or instantaneously. In a normal size dish, merge the spices ingredients; relax until providing.
    Strain and eliminate spices. If cooking the poultry, dampen a paper soft towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, gently cover the bbq gril holder. Gril poultry, covered, over method warm or broil 4 in. from the werm for 4-7 minutes on each side or until a beef temperature gauge flows 170°.
    Cut poultry into pieces. Fill each pita half with poultry, cucumber, tomato vegetables, red onion and cheese; drop with spices. Yield: 4 meals.
