Herbed Pork Medallions Recipe

Herbed Pork Medallions Recipe


    1-1/2 weight Chicken tenderloin
    2 tbsps butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. beans powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry tarragon
    1/2 tsp. dry thyme
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper pepper
    1 tbsp honey


    Cut pork into 1/2-in. pieces and lb to level. Merge butter and beans powder; sweep over pork. Merge the seasonings; spread over pork.
    Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 4 minutes on each side. Brush with honey; broil for 1 moment longer or until beef mindset run clear. Yield: 6 meals.
