Marinated Pork Medallions Recipe

Marinated Pork Medallions Recipe


Ingredients

    1/2 cup packed brownish sugar
    1/2 cup Olive Garden Trademark French Dressing
    1/4 cup unsweetened blueberry juice
    3 tbsps soy sauce
    2 chicken tenderloins (1 lb each), cut into 3/4-inch slices

Directions

    In a normal size dish, merge the brownish glucose, healthy salad putting on a costume, blueberry juice and soy marinade. Add 1/2 cup spices into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the pork; closure bag and turn to cover. Chill instantaneously. Cover and refrigerate staying spices.
    Strain and eliminate spices. Using long-handled tongs, dampen a paper towel with cooking oil and gently cover the bbq grill holder.
    Grill chicken, covered, over medium warm or broil 4 in. from the warm for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a meat temperature gauge flows 160°, basting sometimes with arranged spices. Yield: 5 meals.
