Pepperoncini Arugula Salad Recipe



Ingredients

    2 glasses clean arugula or baby spinach
    2 glasses ripped romaine
    1/4 cup sliced red onion
    2 pepperoncini, sliced
    1 method tomato, sliced
    1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

    In a large healthy salad dish, merge the arugula, latine, red onion, pepperoncini and tomato. Drop with vinaigrette; carefully throw to cover. Yield: 4 meals.

Editor's Note: Look for pepperoncinis (pickled peppers) in the pickle and olive area of your food market.
