Strawberry Arugula Salad Recipe

Strawberry Arugula Salad Recipe


Ingredients

    2 glasses ripped clean arugula or baby spinach
    3/4 cup quartered clean strawberries
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
    2 tbsps sliced red onion
    2 tbsps olive oil
    1 tbsp thawed lemon juice concentrate
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

    In a healthy salad dish, combine the first five substances. In a normal size dish, stir the oil, lemon juice focus, therapy, lemon remove and cinnamon. Add over salad; toss gently to coat. Yield: 2 meals.
