Zesty Pork Medallions Recipe

Some of our buddies created up this spices but weren't able to provide me actual dimensions. I played around with until I came up with this formula, which preferences as excellent as theirs. —Patty Collins, Morgantown, Indiana
Zesty Pork Medallions Recipe


    2 glasses salsa
    1/4 cup sugar
    4-1/2 tsp sweet-and-sour sauce
    1 tbsp veggie oil
    1 tbsp green taco sauce
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    Sprint hot spice up sauce
    2 Chicken tenderloins (about 1 lb each)


    In a normal size dish, merge the first seven substances. Set aside 1 cup for dipping; cover and chill. Add the staying spices into a large resealable plastic material bag; add pork. Closure bag and turn to cover. Refrigerate instantaneously.
    Get ready bbq grill for oblique warm. Strain and eliminate spices. Grill pork, protected, over method warm for 30-40 moments or until a beef temperature gauge flows 160°. Let stand for 10 moments before cutting. Warm arranged marinade; provide with pork. Yield: 6-8 servings
